Leadership Values

My leadership philosophy is adapted from established leadership/governance frameworks, I repurposed the

4Ps Model to reflect my positive and inspiring leadership style, and address the specific challenges that designers and product teams tend to encounter.


People are the core of every successful business, and they need Process to keep the show on the road, Performance drives outcome driven culture, and Purpose to motivate the teams and ensure we're doing the right thing. 


By focusing on these four critical areas, I aim to build strong relationships, drive high performance, align efforts with purpose, and optimize processes, ensuring that both team members and organizational goals are aligned and positioned for success. This approach includes creating a fair and inclusive hiring process, measuring performance through tangible outcomes, and aligning team efforts with strategic objectives to foster a culture of excellence.
